Sexual scandals of Lamas and Rinpoches

über die Dalai Lamas

Before Buddhism was brought to Tibet, the Tibetans had their believes in "Bon". "Bon" is a kind of folk beliefs which gives offerings to ghosts and gods and receives their blessing. It belongs to local folk beliefs.

In the Chinese Tang Dynasty, the Tibetan King Songtsän Gampo brought “Buddhism” to the Tibetan people which became the state religion. The so-called “Buddhism” is Tantric Buddhism which spreads out during the final period of Indian Buddhism. The Tantric Buddhism is also named "left hand tantra" because of its tantric sexual practices. In order to suit Tibetan manners and customs, the tantric Buddhism was mixed with "Bon". Due to its beliefs of ghosts and sexual practices, it became more excessive.

The tantric Master Atiśa spread out the tantric sex teachings in private. Padmasambhava taught it in public, so that the Tibetan Buddhism stands not only apart from Buddhist teachings, but also from Buddhist form. Thus, the Tibetan Buddhism does not belong to Buddhism, and has to be renamed "Lamaism".

Kalu junior. Authorized by rGyal-ba Rinpoche (= Dalai Lama) as the reincarnation of the Kalu Rinpoche who took June Campbell as his tantric consort.

TK’s comment to picture:

The Kalu junior is absolutely not the reincarnation of the Kalu Rinpoche. The old Kalu as a monk practiced the tantric teachings which breaks the Buddhist precepts and has to go to the hell. Kalu junior is the reincarnation of himself, not of someone else.

Kalu junior has been educated in the system/school of Lamaism and believes what he has learned is Buddhist teachings. He does not know they are fake. But he is a very very brave person who dares speak out the darkness of Tibetan Buddhism. And he is also brave to plan to reform the system of Lamaism. From my heart, I wish him would recognize the true Buddhist dharma one day and push the lama system to the right path.

Confessions of Kalu Rinpoche

"When I was 9 my father passed away and I had a very difficult life you know. People thinks that Kalu Rinpoche always lived in a very comfortable life. That's what all people been thinking of because the previous Kalu Rinpoche was popular. For me, my father past away, I was transported to different Monastery and when I was like 12 and 13, I've been sexually abused by other monks. So for me I don't believe in monks so much you know, so you know and when I was 15 I did 3 years retreat from the guidance of my Root Guru you know and then like and I did 3 years retreat and no body cares about me so much you know. Nobody knows where I am, how I am you know and after 3 years retreat, all the people are interested because you know they kind of think that I have this great qualification and something which I can remember about my past life and it's nothing like that. And then some people just said I kick out from I, when I came out from my Monastery. no I mean when I came out from the 3 year retreat I mean. When I came out from 3 years retreat and many people were making roomer's and saying that I kicked out my mother, my family and you know, I kicked out my own teacher. Actually, it's nothing like that. My own Tutor, he tried to kill me, that's the truth. and I was at that time, I was really traditional. Very good traditional Buddhist practitioner. They tried to kill me because you know, I am not doing what they want me to do. You know it's that time I was really really good you know. A traditional person you know and then he tried to kill me with the knife and everything, and it was a shocking moment for me. And after that he left because when he realized about his own mistake how can he still live with me. So he left.

I never kicked out anybody. I had a family misunderstanding for 2 years and a half, and recently like 6 months ago, I had a family reconnection and everything is good and after that you know well when I was 18 I had all these big problems you know, then one manager tried to kill me and everything. It's all about money, power, controlling because if you can control the president, you can get what you want. That's the way it is and you know and then I became a drug addict because of all this misunderstanding and you know I went crazy. I became an alcoholic, I became a drug addict. I did lots of crazy things but not the bad things and then after that I asked my root Guru you know what is going on with my life I don't know because I see all these Buddhist people who are not Buddhist. They look like a Buddhist and they sound like a Buddhist and they act like a Buddhist and I am so confused. He said, "Rinpoche you have the capacity to change the structure in your own lineage in your Buddhist organization". So that's why I'm trying to do, trying to build a school and to build my own structure for the poor people because for me the Buddhism and all this religious organization, spiritual organization it's all about how to protect the society, how to protect the environment, how to protect our self. How to be afar from the weakness, how to understand the true meaning of point. And so you know I will do whatever is best for society so that's why I plan to build a school and my life it's not easy.

There's lots of people who doesn't like me and there's lots of people who likes me. Whether you like it or not of who I am it doesn't change in the person who I am. So I will do everything I can I'm my responsibility's but the structure needs to be changed and the Buddhas teachings has to get involved in our personal life. It doesn't mean that you have to get away from your family. Stop thinking about sentient being if you can't help your own family. So first to be responsible is really important. You know I don't want Buddhism to get involved in business politics. No, I want Buddhism to bring a beautiful image to society and to understand society. That my point of view and wish me the best for my project, for my school which I can do the best for the society. And I'm just a normal human being even you live with me like 1,000 years I will still tell you, I'm just a human being. I always will be and no one is perfect, everyone is perfect. Anyways all of you people take care, and I'm happy with my life. I'm not going to change the way I am and I'm not going to change who I am. I'm happy I am and at the end I can be myself now. So I wish for all of you, don't fall into confusion, don't fall into confusion about this O.K. If you want to be a Buddhist all you need is the one person who has a spiritual understanding life experience as I've told you many times. I'm so sorry for the cars running here there because I'm outside. Take care. I love you very much and I'm happy don't worry.''

"Monastic monks who often have affairs with different women also violates the precept of no sexual misconduct. Based on the Buddhist monastic precepts, these people shall fall into hell after death. In fact, all the lamas are only non-Buddhist ordinary people and they should not pose as lofty “saints” and accept money offerings from their followers..."

Understanding the true colors of Tibetan "Buddhism", there will be less people misguided by the wrong teachings. We are obliged to pass the messages to the world.

  3. Hello,

There is no such thing as lies if you speak face to face honestly with these people.
And I asure you that if you try one serious attempt to give yourself to tantrism or other serious connections with the source of this life and earth, you immediately give up these kind of talk.
You have really no idea and I hope one day you get the chance to find out the truth in your heart where it is to be found.
Young Kalu Rinpoche does open up just the same as christian victims do these days and this is a very serious thing and could be respected.
That we all can sit anonymous with a bag of crisps behind the internet giving one sided comment to it is only being involved negative.
In every religion we fight with good and bad, the good and bad in ourselves.
To only get obsessed with the negative and dirty things is not useful.
Everybody has or could have had shameful sex experience (does your fantasy go wild already?) and that is a private matter and normally takes one night or a few times.
But because somebody opens up honestly and that somebody is a young monk, you completely let yourself go in your western views and thoughts without talking about your own dark sides. What is this?
Just go out your seats and speak person to person, there is where it happens and where you can make the change that you think we all need.

With all respect: "retain the good, throw away the bad"

There is no such thing as Tibetan Buddhism, there are Tibetan Buddhists, individuals with there personal relation to Buddha and/or there lineage and there is many, many different ways and places to learn a little or a lot about this.
And a lot of places where you can learn the mind, mind, mind way we know so very well in the west and just a very few places where you learn a deeper understanding. Exactly, because we are not ready for this and that is because the true wise men will protect you for yourself.

You have no idea and if you would have it would literally blow your mind, you would end up in the madhouse if you would get one glimps of the true nature of your own mind and the true nature of your perception of your life and the world around you.

Just stop the bullshit, put positive energy and useful energy in this website.

Please stop being negative, step forward and connect with the people directly, that kind of men we need.

As a normal women, who is missing the in between respect and direct connections who are so easy with internet, I ask you this.

And indeed where is June? I think in Scotland or Britain. And why does she not complete her Kalu story but chooses to stay the hidden famous victim? Of course I do care abouth her health, but there is something that is called transformation and you can step on that road or decide to do not, or to do, do not, do, not do, do, not do, etc forver.

It change nothing for the good until it does and we all can see and feel it.

      • I reply you with the report of the victim of tantric Buddhism -- Marte-Micaela Riepe:

I was a devotee of Nydahl and his Karmapa from 2002 to 2005 and all it`s written in the article above is right, only the followers avoid the elephant in the room.

But what is said in the comment that only some black sheep like Ole Nydahl and Sogyal are acting sexual abuse is terribly wrong, the abuse of womens sexual-and energetic qualities is an immanent phanomenon of tantric-tibetan Buddhism and the source of the tantric master`s power. And of course the main component is not sex like we think, but the absorption of female energies by sexual and other rituals. Nydahl practices exactly that. Very spiritual, indeed! Did Sharmapa ever said something about? No.

Here one quote from a hidden Tantra by Tsongkhapa, said in the Extended Treatise on the Progression of the Esoteric Path, Vol. 13:
“Someone who ask the teacher for empowerment should make offerings first. A curtain is used as a screen. The disciple understands very well that the teacher is vajrasattva. Wisdom mothers with complete samaya, whose genitals are healthy and who are virgins over the age of 12 etc., are offered to the teacher. Just like the statement in the second chapter of Sutra on Great-Seals: “One should choose females who are most wise, virtuous, with slender eyes, having a wondrous dignified face, and aged from 12 to 16, or 20 if difficult to obtain. Females over 20 are used in other seals (mudra) because it will make all the stages of practice impossible to attain. One’s sisters, daughters, or wife are offered to the teacher.” (Tsongkhapa, Extended Treatise on the Progression of the Esoteric Path)

I am such a woman who was used as consort in the kalachakra-tantra through Ole Nydahl and Karmapa. You ask for moral? There is none. Women are just material for reaching the so called enlightment.

No relationship, no love, no friendship counts. They are psychopaths. With a warm heart and a human ethic you are not able to practice these tantras. Therefore it is important - so it is written in the ninth chapter of kalashakra- tantra- to open the kundalini of the consorts, in which state you loose your warm feelings, your empathy for yourselve and others as well as your former personality.

And the whole guru-yoga brainwashing attend the rest.

When I saw Nydahl in Poland 2005 after he opened my kundalini, he offered me to his teacher by making the offering-mudra while he was looking at me, crying many tears and counting his teacher`s blessings, what he was saying.

Later, at home, I had such strong visions in which I had to have sex with the young karmapa! I was crying and saying: I cannot do that. The imagination was so strong! It felt like to be raped. Even when I am writing about I am unable to breath.

So what can we find in the hidden secret life of a tantric master like Nydahl is? First is to say that he has like all others an opened kundalini and an altered state of consciousness which shows a lack of core-personality with dissociations in mind. That makes him behave freakishly as yogis do.

His motivation of sexual intercourses is not individual passion, love or personal affectations, but the fulfillment of the tantric samays he did. He is OBLIGATED hence to have sex every day. Through that his siddhis are growing up because of the suction of female secretion. This is the real abuse! Even when women are in love with Nydahl, he is never. Where should his love come from? Without any path to his personality?

The whole is called the left-handed tantra were the adept get the promise beeing able to have sex with every person he wants to. You can`t say "No" to a tantric master like I did without beeing cursed and charmed in special rituals, the source of black magic and voodoo in Tibetan Buddhism.

  4. Many thanks for your good intent, as one of the readers, I do appreciate your writing and agree with your proposal.

Please do not forget one important issue, have you studied further into the fundamental tenet of Buddhism in Tibet? That one has to cultivate sexuality to attain Buddhahood! Perhaps you have noticed already, those hugging (a male and a female) Buddha statues of Tibetan "Buddhism".

Do you have some idea about orthodox Buddhism? Or maybe you know the monks and nuns have to lead a celibate life for eliminating all worldly desires to cultivate for liberation.

For your reference, a book for reading to know more about Lamaism.

      • I reply you with the quote below:

Diamond Way is a branch of Tibetan Buddhism. Tibetan Buddhism is a far, far relative to the Buddhism supposedly passed along from the historical Buddha, one full of rituals, devices (prayer wheels and prayer flags) and hierarchies and one where devotion to teacher (“guru,” “lama”) often supersedes personal responsibility (while Buddha’s final words, conversely, were supposedly “be a light unto yourself”).

Diamond Way practitioners and their institutional leader may say that their organization and practices are stripped of such devices. But Diamond Way includes visualizing one’s self merging with another entity (The Karmapa, Buddha, etc.), with the goal being to transcend the supposed illusion of one’s ego-identity while, in the process, merging one’s self with that of another, supposedly “higher” being. This, to me, is a dangerous practice.

  5. The XIV Dalai Lama, who is good at teachings of Tibetan Buddhism, teaches such things:

“Being able to have sexual contact without releasing semen is something needed when you practice the advanced stages of the complete stage." - The 14th Dalai Lama (Berzin Archives)

It is no doubt that the Couple-practice is the essence of tantric Buddhism. If the gurus/Lamas say there are no such things in Tibetan Buddhism, they are lying to their students.

I have no wonder that the followers of Tibetan Buddhism think there is no tantric sex. Because the Lamas will not tell them the truth until they join in. And there are many reports of victims who try their best to warn others to stay away from the Tibetan Buddhism. These all are true. But what do they get then? Insult, hurt, rude mark... As a critic of Tantra, I would speak for those victims who are brave to reveal the truth of tantric sex and hoping so much to help other women: Stay away from Tibetan Buddhism. It is more dangerous than your imagination.

Paul Williams, »Dalai Lama«, in
Clarke, P. B., Encyclopedia of New Religious Movements
(New York: Routledge, 2006), S. 136.
